  • Shutdown and restart your P.C. - there could be a glitch that needs clearing.

  • Are you connected to the right network - check your network and WiFi settings.

  • Turn your Printer off, then remove the power cord, leave it for 60 seconds then reconnect the cord and re-start the system. you need to pull the cord as this stops the residual power flow, this is how the machine knows to do a full reset.

  • Make sure your network cables are connected, sometimes they wiggle out or you might have kicked them loose under your desk.

  • Do your paper sizes match up? we find lots of documents are formatted to Letter, which you try to print on A4. This conflicts the machine and alerts you as and error.

  • Are you getting a second page that's blank, check your paper sizes line up. It could be your document is formatted for US letter and is pushing information onto a second A4 page.

  • Has anything changed with I.T.? Do you have new P.C.'s? have you changed internet providers? Has IT changed any settings or performed any updates? Is there a new password for your email? 

  • Is there a line through scan jobs? It's Guaranteed there is a speck of pen ink on one of the scan glasses, look very closely and clean them with a soft cloth, Pay attention to the strip on the left inside the document feeder lid, at both the top and bottom this is where the documents are scanned when the document passes by.
